ORDERING
How does ordering work?
Four steps: fill out the form (two minutes), we text you back within 48 hours, we design it together for free, you approve and we build it. You don't pay anything until the design is approved and you're sure.
How long does it take?
Less time than you think, and we'll never guess. Tell us your date on the form and we'll tell you straight up whether it's possible — before you get attached to a design. Simple pieces move fast; embroidery and specialty work need a little more runway.
Is there an order minimum?
No minimum on most pieces. A few specialty items carry a small one, and we tell you the number upfront, before you commit to anything.
Can we order just a few pieces?
Yes. Officer gifts, big/little sets, a replacement for the girl who lost hers — we'll run small. Ask and we'll price it.
DESIGN
Can you help us design it?
That's our favorite part. Bring a Pinterest board, a screenshot, a napkin sketch, or nothing at all. Mockups are free and unlimited — we revise until you love it, and you owe us nothing if you don't.
What if we don't know what we want yet?
Then start anyway. Most chapters come to us with an occasion and a vibe, not a design. Fill out the form with what you're ordering for and we'll send you options to react to.
Can you recreate or improve a design we've used before?
Yes. Send us a photo of last year's piece. We'll rebuild it cleanly, or tell you honestly what we'd change.
What can you print?
Screen print, DTF, puff, sublimation, tackle twill, applique — and embroidery. We'll help guide you through which option makes most sense for your piece and display examples.
SIZING & QUALITY
Can we see the quality first?
Yes — free samples. We'll send the actual blank in your design before your chapter spends a dollar.
Do you carry extended sizes?
Yes — XS–3XL. A few fitted cuts stop at 2XL, and we'll tell you before you design.
LICENSING
Are you licensed?
Yes — officially licensed for 20+ national sororities through Affinity. We submit for nationals approval and handle the back-and-forth ourselves. You don't chase anybody.
WORKING WITH US
Who will we be working with?
One person, start to finish, who knows your chapter by name. We text you updates — you won't be forwarded to a ticket queue or a different rep each time.
We're not a sorority. Can you still help us?
Yes. Clubs, teams, and campus orgs order from us the same way.
PAYMENT
How do we pay?
Check, Zelle, or invoice, whichever your treasurer prefers. We also take bulk orders by check. Production starts the moment you approve the quote — we don't hold your order hostage waiting for a payment to clear.
Do I have to collect money from my sisters?
Never. For optional merch we build your chapter its own store — your sisters order and pay individually, and you don't chase a single Venmo. You place one order, we handle the rest.
How much does it cost?
Every order is custom, so price moves with the piece, the quantity, and your deadline. Tell us your budget and we design to it — we carry both budget blanks and premium heavyweight, and we'll show you the difference.
