PRIVACY POLICY

D A Y B R E A K E CLOTHING CO.

DBKE ORIGINALS

Effective October 2026

The short version

We collect the information you give us, we use it to make your chapter’s merch happen, and we never sell it for money. We also use cookies and advertising tools like the Meta Pixel to see how our website and ads are performing. That’s the policy. The details are below.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our order form or campus rep application, or contact us, we collect what you share: your name, school, sorority and chapter, role, email, phone number, chapter size, and any files or inspiration you upload.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, such as:

• IP address

• Browser and device information

• Cookie IDs and similar identifiers

• Pages you view

• Links and buttons you click

• The website or ad that brought you to us

• The date and time of your visit

• Other actions on our site and conversion events, like starting or submitting a form

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, design and fulfill your order, coordinate delivery, and keep you updated along the way. If you’ve worked with us or asked to hear from us, we may also send occasional updates about new drops or offers. You can opt out anytime with one click or reply.

We use information about website activity to:

• Understand how visitors find and use our website

• Measure how our ads perform

• See whether an ad led to a website visit, a form submission or another conversion

• Run advertising attribution and analytics

• Improve our ad campaigns

• Where applicable, show relevant DBKE Originals ads to people who have visited our site

Meta advertising and conversion tracking

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising and analytics tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It helps us measure how our ads perform and understand what visitors do on our site after they see or click one of our ads.

The Meta Pixel may record actions like these:

• Visiting our website

• Viewing specific pages or products

• Clicking links or buttons

• Starting or submitting a form, like our order form

• Other website actions and conversion events

When one of these actions happens, the Meta Pixel sends Meta information such as your IP address, browser and device details, cookie IDs, the page you’re on and the action you took. Meta may match this information to a Facebook or Instagram account so it can tell us whether our ads are working. We see ad reports, not the identity of individual visitors.

When you submit a form, we may also send Meta your email address in hashed form, meaning it’s converted into a scrambled code before it leaves our site. We use it only to help Meta match your visit to our ads for measurement and attribution. We never send Meta your phone number or your consent to receive texts.

Who we share it with

Service providers. Only the services that make your order work: our website and form platforms, payment processors, production partners and shipping carriers. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

Advertising and analytics providers. We use third-party advertising and analytics providers, including Meta Platforms, Inc. Certain website activity and technical information, described above, is sent to these providers for advertising, analytics, attribution and conversion measurement. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies and terms. You can read Meta’s at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

When the law requires it. We may also share information if the law requires it.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information for money, and we never give your name, contact details or order information to other companies so they can market their own products to you. The website activity we share with advertising and analytics providers like Meta is used to measure, attribute and improve our own advertising.

Cookies, pixels and similar technologies

Our website uses:

• Essential cookies that keep the site and our forms working

• Analytics technologies that help us understand how visitors find and use the site

• Advertising and marketing cookies that help us measure our ads and, where applicable, show relevant ads

• Tracking pixels, including the Meta Pixel, which we use for advertising measurement, analytics and attribution

• Similar technologies that work like cookies, such as device and browser identifiers

Your privacy choices

Your information. Want to see, update or delete the information we have about you? Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.

Marketing messages. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime with one click or reply, and reply STOP to any text.

Cookies and ad tracking. You may have choices about non-essential cookies and advertising technologies:

• Use our website’s cookie and privacy controls, where available, to manage non-essential

cookies.

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some browsers can also block tracking pixels.

• Manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under

Accounts Center, ad preferences.

• Opt out of interest-based ads from many participating companies at youradchoices.com.

Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, like our order form, from working.

Photos and social media

If you tag us or send us photos, we may reshare them with credit. If you’d ever like a photo taken down, just message us. Done, no questions.

Text messages

A lot of the way we work happens over text: order updates, questions, and mockup approvals from your dedicated contact. If you share your phone number, you agree we may text you about your order. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to stop order or marketing texts. We don’t sell or share your number for anyone else’s marketing. Phone numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Age

Our site and services are intended for college students and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
