D A Y B R E A K E CLOTHING CO.
DBKE ORIGINALS
Effective July 2026
The short version
These are the ground rules for using our site and ordering with us. By reaching out, placing an order, or
using this website, you’re agreeing to what’s below. We’ve kept it plain — the details follow.
Who we are
Daybreake Clothing Co. (“Daybreake,” “DBKE Originals,” “we,” or “us”) designs and manufactures
custom apparel and accessories for sororities, fraternities, and other groups. These terms apply to
our website and to every order we take on.
How ordering works
Everything we make is custom. You start by sending us your idea, event, and inspiration; we build a
mockup; and nothing goes into production until you’ve approved it in writing. Submitting an inquiry or order
form is a request, not a finished contract — an order is confirmed once we’ve agreed on the details and
you’ve approved your mockup and quote.
Mockups & approvals
We’ll send mockups for your review and revise them until you’re happy. Because we produce exactly what
you approve, please check your final mockup carefully — spelling, letters, colors, sizes, quantities, and
placement. Once you approve it, that’s what we make.
Quotes & pricing
Pricing is quoted per order and depends on your pieces, quantities, and customizations. A quote is valid for
the window we note when we send it and may change if your order details change. Any taxes or shipping
costs will be reflected in your quote or invoice.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. We may require a deposit or full payment before
production begins. Orders are not scheduled for production until the agreed payment is received. Payments
are processed through third-party processors; we don’t store your full card details.
Production & timelines
Any timelines we give are good-faith estimates that start from your final approved mockup and payment —
not from your first message. We’ll always be straight with you about what’s realistic, but we’re not
responsible for delays outside our control, including supplier, carrier, or force-majeure delays.
Shipping & delivery
We ship to the address you give us, so please make sure it’s correct. Risk of loss passes once your order is
handed to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we’ll help you sort it out with the
carrier.
Custom orders, sizing & returns
Because every piece is made to order for your chapter, custom items generally can’t be returned or
refunded once approved and produced. That said, we stand behind our work: if something arrives wrong,
defective, or not what you approved, reach out and we’ll make it right. We offer free sampling before you
commit so there are no surprises.
Licensing & approvals
Daybreake is an officially licensed vendor through Affinity Licensing. Orders involving Greek letters,
insignia, or other protected marks may require approval from the applicable organization, and we handle
that licensing process as part of your order. You’re responsible for confirming you’re authorized to order on
your chapter’s behalf.
Your designs & content
If you send us artwork, logos, photos, or other content to use in your order, you confirm you have the right
to use it and to let us produce it. You keep ownership of what’s yours; you grant us permission to use it as
needed to design, produce, and deliver your order. Designs, mockups, and original artwork we create
remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Photos & social media
We love showing off finished orders. If you tag us or share photos with us, we may repost them with credit.
Prefer we didn’t, or want something taken down? Just message us and it’s handled — no questions.
Using our website
Please use our site for its intended purpose. Don’t copy, scrape, resell, or misuse our content, mockups, or
designs; don’t try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site; and don’t submit false information or
someone else’s details without permission. The site, its content, and our branding are ours or our licensors’
.
The basics we have to say
Our website and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Daybreake isn’t liable
for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid
forthat order. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any
disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective
date, and continuing to use our site or services means you accept the update.
